Almighty God, Heavenly Father, thank you for your mighty covenant, faithful promises, and for loving someone like me. I want to know more about your mighty love and great gifts. I know you will help me, but I do not know how to ask or what to say. Hear my cries and come to my rescue. In the mighty name of Christ I pray, Amen.

There is a story, told long ago, about a mighty warrior who came to save his people. He was sent by his father, the king, to rescue the kingdom. He did not come with hatred in his heart or with weapons by his side. He came in peace, armed with love and the gift of life. His acts of kindness, healing, and love changed many, but his death and resurrection changed everything. It is the greatest story ever told; the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

I want fully accept and know the love of Christ, so that I may know love, demonstrate love, and be an example of Christ’s love to others.

I am deeply grateful for the love of Christ. When I mess up and least deserve it, He is always there to pick up the pieces – He loves and restores me!
